The aim of
this workshop is to build skills and knowledge of budgeting principles and
methods.
- Target Group: The course is focused on both non-budget
holders who need how budgeting works as well as budget holders who want to or need
to expand their competence in this key area. Existing knowledge of financial
management and accounting will enable delegates to gain most from this course.
- If you need to brush up your financial and accounting skills before coming on
this programme then you are welcome to join either the
"Financial Management for Non Financial Managers"
workshop or the
"Introducing Financial Management and Accounting".
- Duration: The Budgeting for
Business Managers workshop is normally an "in-house" 2 day
course but can be tailored for your company as a 1 day programme or extended to
meet the specific needs of your organisation.
