Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers - an in-house programme

  1. Course Description: The aim of this workshop is to provide you with an all-round understanding of the language and tools of financial management together with the ability and confidence to use these successfully and effectively in the workplace.
  2. Target Group: Managers, budget holders, administrators, salespeople and those running a business with little or no training in financial management (or anyone who need to revisit this topic!).
  3. It would be helpful to have some understanding of basic accounting before coming on the course. If you haven't, it may be worthwhile to check out the "Introducing Financial Management and Accounting" workshop.
  4. Duration: The Financial Management for Non Financial Managers course is normally an "in-house" 2 day course but can be tailored for your company as a 1 day programme or extended to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
