Introducing Financial Management and Accounting
- an in-house training programme.
1. Course Description:
The aim of this workshop is to
introduce the fundamentals and basic principles of financial management and
business accounting.
2. Target Group: Anyone who needs to (or wants to) develop
knowledge of how money works in business and who has received no prior training
or awareness of accounting. Ideal for anyone working in an organisation (at any
level) and very importantly for owners and managers of small businesses. If you
already have a basic knowledge of finance and accounting then you may wish to
enrol on the "Financial
Management for Non Financial Managers"
course.
3. Duration: The Introducing
Financial Management workshop is normally an "in-house" 2 day
course but can be compressed to a 1 day programme if you wish.

Investment
